Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Senior Backend Lead to guide a talented engineering team delivering secure, scalable SaaS services on AWS with deep Azure and GCP integrations. You will define architectural direction and shape product capabilities.

You will set engineering standards, mentor an R&D team, own the full development lifecycle from design to production monitoring, and collaborate with product to deliver world-class technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software industry with substantial leadership exposure.
• 5+ years hands-on backend development (Python preferred; Go/Java/C# valued).
• 3+ years leading development teams in enterprise SaaS.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep AWS serverless experience with CI/CD practices.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills; impactful delivery at scale.
• Very good English skills.
