The Codest in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python and routing to join our Delivery Optimization Engine initiative. You will design and scale high-throughput backend services, build routing algorithms, and work with cloud-native Python stacks to boost last-mile efficiency.

You should have 4+ years in backend development, experience with Python, SQL, and cloud tools (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Airflow), and a good grasp of logistics concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of backend software development experience in Python.
• Experience with logistics domain and routing concepts.
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office once a month.
• English level B2+.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale Python backends and microservices for routing.
• Develop routing algorithms and integrate with cloud services.
• Collaborate on code quality, testing and CI/CD practices.
