Job summary

InPost is seeking a data science/ML expert to design routing and allocation algorithms for parcel delivery in a high-scale logistics environment. You will tackle large-scale optimization problems, apply graph-based methods, and build models that directly improve speed, costs and customer experience.

Production deployment is expected, not just experimentation. Strong Python skills and experience with PySpark, Databricks, and cloud data warehouses are required, with a focus on turning business

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Science / ML roles.
• Strong Python skills with data/ML libraries.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Solid understanding of ML methods (regression, clustering, forecasting).
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design routing and allocation algorithms for parcel delivery.
• Solve large-scale optimization problems (vehicles, routes, constraints, costs).
