JobCubby is seeking a Senior Python Engineer in Poland to design and refine backend services for a SaaS platform. You will implement scalable REST APIs, work with AI-assisted tooling, and ensure numerical accuracy of analytical modules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review code, and mentor peers while maintaining system stability and preparing for data migrations in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior-level backend engineering experience.
• Strong Python fundamentals and Django development.
• Proficiency with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and writing optimized queries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and expand scalable backend services and REST APIs in a SaaS architecture.
• Verify and test analytical algorithms for accuracy.
• Collaborate with product teams and tech leads on requirements.
