Ideal candidates have strong Python experience with microservices, API design, Flask/FastAPI/Django, and cloud/DevOps basics (Docker, CI/CD). English communication and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from requirements to production.
• Strong Python experience in backend services and APIs.
• Hands-on with Flask/FastAPI/Django and cloud/DevOps basics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a 4-6 engineer team with a product owner.
• Translate requirements into stories and deliver iteratively to production.
• Contribute to analysis, development, testing, and production support.
• Ensure product stability with ongoing production support.
• Identify technical debt and balance with new features.
• Design solutions aligned with guidelines; collaborate and share knowledge.
