Tripledot Studios Limited in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Level Designer for the ZephyrMobile team to craft engaging puzzle levels, shaping progression, pacing and difficulty across our mobile titles.

You will collaborate with art, product and development, mentor junior designers, and translate feedback and metrics into polished levels. The role offers hybrid working and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Level Designer in casual/hyper-casual puzzle games.
• Proficient with Unity and level editors, including prefabs and tools.
• Strong progression, pacing, difficulty curves, and player flow understanding.
• Experience designing puzzle mechanics (goals, blockers, boosters).
• Basics of UX/UI in level design, including onboarding.
• Data-driven, iterates using feedback and metrics.
• Knowledge of casual mobile games and market trends.
• Proficient in English and Russian communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new levels for multiple puzzle mobile games.
• Balance gameplay elements within artistic and technical constraints.
• Bring narrative and emotional goals into gameplay.
• Identify and resolve issues from playtests and team feedback.
• Research new approaches and mechanics to improve levels.
• Maintain level documentation with level specifics and goals.
• Mentor junior level designers with feedback and best practices.
• Collaborate with art, product and development to align goals.
