Job summary

Carlsberg invites applications for the IT P Team Leader role within the Purchase to Pay organization in Poznań. The role combines people leadership with operational excellence to drive Invoice-to-Pay services across multiple markets, developing capabilities and standardizing processes.

You will lead a team of Coordinators and SMEs, oversee performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient operations and transformation initiatives aligned with Carlsberg's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay or Finance Operations.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience leading teams, coordinators or operational workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Ability to drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in transformation, standardization or automation is an advantage.

Role overview

As an Invoice To Pay Team Leader , you will lead a team of Coordinators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple markets while developing capabilities, improving processes, and supporting Carlsberg's transformation journey. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management and process development, providing a unique opportunity to shape both day-to-day operations and long-term business results . You will be part of the Purchase to Pay organization, collaborating with stakeholders across markets and functions to deliver efficient and compliant Invoice-to-Pay operations.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Experience within Accounts Payable, Invoice-to-Pay, Purchase-to-Pay, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading teams, coordinators, SMEs, or operational workstreams.
• Solid stakeholder management skills and experience working in an international environment.
• Ability to manage operational performance, continuous improvement, and change initiatives.
• Experience working in transformation, standardization or continuous improvement environments would be considered an advantage.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with SAP and Shared Services environments an advantage.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance operational delivery with long-term capability development.
