Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services (CSS) in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to strengthen our Western Europe Supply Chain Controlling. You will partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to turn data into actionable insights that influence pricing, costs, and performance across our network.

You will handle month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variances analysis, and reporting using SAP, Power BI, and Hyperion, with a heavy focus on Excel modeling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Controlling, FP&A or similar analytical finance role.
• Strong understanding of controlling processes and financial planning.
• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with Finance and Supply Chain teams across Western Europe.
• Calculate product prices for internal flows between Carlsberg entities.
• Participate in month-end closing: review, reconciliation and reporting.
• Analyze variances and identify root causes.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Use SAP Material Master and SAP FICO; report with Microsoft Fabric and HFM.
• Work with Excel and Power BI in project groups.

The jobAs a Supply Chain Controlling Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in improving financial decision‑making for our Western Europe Supply Chain organization. You’ll work closely with Finance and Supply Chain experts across multiple markets - turning numbers into insights and insights into business actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cooperating closely with Finance and Supply Chain teams in Carlsberg breweries across Western Europe and multiple teams within Carlsberg Shared Services
• Calculating product prices for internal flows between Carlsberg Group entities
• Participating in month end closing activities - review, reconciliation and reporting of financial records for the previous month
• Analysing variances (quantities, costs) and searching for their root causes
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting via collecting inputs, facilitation of cost planning and data reporting
• Using regularly SAP Material Master and SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
• Reporting data via Microsoft Fabric and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Working on a regular basis with Excel and Power BI taking part in project groups in areas relevant for the team

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role
• Solid understanding of controlling processes and financial planning
• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
• A results-oriented - you enjoy solving problems and improving ways of working
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
