Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Senior PSR / FIDA Architect to lead end-to-end design for PSD3, PSR and Open Finance compliance, ensuring regulator-ready architectures. This role combines hands-on architecture with technical leadership across a high-visibility program.

You will translate regulatory requirements into implementable designs, produce HLDs/LLDs and sequence diagrams, and engage with regulators and auditors to ensure compliance by design.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a lead architect in large-scale banking transformation
• Ability to translate PSD3, PSR, Open Finance into designs
• Strong architectural documentation skills (HLD/LLD)
• Experience with regulators and auditors and ensuring regulatory alignment

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for PSR / FIDA compliance initiatives
• Translate PSD3, PSR and Open Finance / FIDA regulatory requirements into architectural designs
• Produce and review High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and sequence diagrams
• Lead technical decision-making and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Act as the single point of technical accountability for the compliance program
• Embed “compliance by design” across all solution architectures
• Engage with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders for architectural integrity
• Serve as a visible technical leader across program workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery
