BOLD is seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to design and optimize LLM architectures powering our consumer-facing career tools. You will bridge NLP expertise with exceptional user experiences, ensuring safe, personalized, accurate, and reliable generative AI outputs.

Join a team shaping prompts across Resume Adaptation, Personalization, and real-time feedback, collaborating with ML engineers, PMs, and designers to optimize latency and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with language tech, linguistics, or software product development.
• 2+ years shipping LLM-backed features to production.
• Mastery of few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct, prompt chaining.
• Familiar with LLM evaluation tools: RAGAS, LangSmith, TruLens.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate complex system prompts, few-shot exemplars, and chain-of-thought structures for consumer AI experiences.
• Partner with LLM/ML Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to translate product requirements into technical prompt specifications.
• Architect evaluation frameworks - automated, heuristic, and human-in-the-loop - to benchmark, test, and guardrail LLM outputs.
• Develop standardized prompt frameworks, version-control workflows, and operational playbooks for distributed teams.
• Monitor the evolving GenAI landscape to improve product performance and model throughput.
