Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks aSenior/Lead AI Software Engineer in Warsaw to design and deploy production-grade LLM-powered services, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows. You will mentor engineers, implement meta-prompting, and integrate major LLM APIs in a fast-paced R&D environment.

You will work across Python and TypeScript, orchestrate LLM workflows with LangChain/LlamaIndex, and build Docker-based CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative setting at Grid Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience writing production-grade code in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating major LLM APIs into production software.
• Deep expertise in meta-prompting and context window optimization.
• Experience building and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
• Solid hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and embedding models.
• Experience developing automated testing, evaluation, and observability pipelines for AI/LLM apps.
• Strong proficiency in containerization with Docker, API design, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Experience as a Senior/Lead Developer or Technical Mentor in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered services, microservices, and APIs using Python and TypeScript.
• Implement meta-prompting frameworks and prompt optimization techniques for deterministic outputs.
• Develop scalable RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases for deep context engineering.
• Orchestrate LLM workflows with LangChain or LlamaIndex to connect tools and domain knowledge.
• Implement automated testing, evaluation, and observability pipelines.
• Build containerized microservices and CI/CD pipelines using Docker for seamless deployment.
• Mentor mid-level developers and drive coding standards via thorough code reviews.
