Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience with production-grade Python/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) into production software.
• Deep expertise in meta-prompting, context window optimization, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with vector stores.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered services, microservices, and APIs using Python and TypeScript.
• Implement meta-prompting frameworks and prompt optimization techniques for deterministic, context-aware outputs.
• Develop scalable RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/ChromaDB) for deep context engineering.
• Orchestrate LLM workflows using LangChain or LlamaIndex to connect tools and knowledge bases.
• Implement automated testing, evaluation, and observability pipelines for AI/LLM applications.
• Build containerized microservices and CI/CD pipelines using Docker for seamless deployment.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, set coding standards, and perform thorough code reviews.
