Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is assisting in placing a Planner for a client project in Płock, Poland.

The role involves creating investment schedules across all project phases and collaborating with subcontractors to develop and monitor construction timelines on EPC/EPCM programs. The position requires 5 years’ experience, a higher technical education, fluent English, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project along with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Higher technical education.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Construction phase experience.

Responsibilities

• Creating investment schedules for all phases of project implementation.
• Supervising and collaborating with subcontractors in preparing construction schedules.
• Coordinating and monitoring subcontractor schedules, considering investment priorities.
• Reporting progress in the office and on-site, analyzing deviations and differences.
• Developing corrective action plans as needed; verifying subcontractor schedules.
