Job summary

AFRY Management Consulting in Poznań is seeking a Plant Design Engineer to join the water and wastewater plant engineering team. You will perform 3D design, equipment layout, and piping, collaborating with colleagues in Finland and across the design center.

You will work with AutoCAD, Cadmatic, and Vertex, contribute to all project phases, and help deliver accurate, compliant drawings while developing your expertise in multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Experience performing 3D plant design and modelling.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment and piping.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D plant design and modelling, including equipment layout
• Develop piping and mechanical design solutions for water treatment plants
• Prepare equipment specifications and technical documentation
• Create and maintain 2D drawings and design documentation
• Participate in all project phases (pre-engineering, basic, detailed)
• Support equipment selection and dimensioning per project needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Finland colleagues
• Ensure high-quality design delivery across multiple parallel projects
