Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Center Poland is seeking a data quality coordinator to join the Business Transformation Office (BTO) within GLBA. The role focuses on ensuring data quality across the GLBA data perimeter and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to implement action plans.

You will monitor data quality indicators, participate in governance committees, and contribute to improvements in data quality processes and tools while working in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Experience in project management with requirements management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the CDO, ensure high data quality for GLBA data perimeter.
• Coordinate project managers, data owners and application owners to define and follow action plans.

Responsibilities

Then join us in Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland. Currently we're seeking data quality coordinator for our Business Transformation Office (BTO) team, part of Global Banking and Advisory Business Unit (GLBA). GLBA/BTO aims to support the strategy, development and transformation of the activity, while maintaining a solid and secure working framework. Multiple and growing challenges surrounding data have led to the creation of a data office which is reinforced by a project management capacity within Global Solution Center in Poland (GSC).

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Under the functional supervision of the Chief Data Officer (CDO), ensuring a high level of data quality on part of GLBA’s data perimeter
• Coordinating stakeholders (project managers, business data owners, application owners) to define, implement and follow action plans to improve data quality on their perimeter
• Monitoring and reporting data quality indicators and participating in committees supporting documentation preparation on his/her perimeter
• Participating in improvements in data quality management processes and tools, both at Global Banking and Advisory Business Unit (GLBA) and Group level

Required

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

• Hold an university degree
• Bring project management experience, including requirements management, prioritization, planning, change management, and stakeholder coordination
• Communicate confidently in English and can effectively present requirements and policies to diverse stakeholders; proficiency in French would be an asset
• Understand data quality and Data Governance frameworks and principles
• Possess knowledge of GLBA and/or wholesale banking activities
• Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to reprioritize in response to evolving business needs
• Maintain high standards of quality while delivering projects within agreed timelines and apply strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
