Job summary

Bpxglobal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of a complex, international Salesforce and Data Analytics integration project. You will lead the full lifecycle from initiation and execution through testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.

You will build and manage the project plan, control scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality, and guide stakeholders through decisions. Strong communication, governance, and risk management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading large, international projects with cross-country teams.
• Experience in CRM, Salesforce, system integration, and Data Analytics projects.
• Strong project planning, dependency management, and risk & issue management skills.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
• Experience establishing project governance and leading Steering Committee meetings.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Strong ownership, independence, and accountability for end-to-end delivery.
