Qualifications

• BSc degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Business fluent English & Polish required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate industrial projects from preparation through execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project scope; track costs and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain direct client communication.
