Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Leader, Project Management to drive enterprise projects within the Commercial Excellence portfolio. This on-site role reports to the Director of PMO & Sales Effectiveness and influences Cytiva OpCos globally.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, delivering programs on time and budget, and advising senior leadership on data-driven decisions. Travel up to 15% internationally is possible.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects in regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across the Commercial Excellence portfolio to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with plans delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal risk.
• Provide project updates at PMO reviews with senior leaders and OpCo stakeholders.
• Support rollout of annual improvement priorities through policy deployment and strategic plans.
• Act as primary contact for OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives and identify new PMO opportunities.
