Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Engineer to verify quality and technical requirements for projects, products, and services. You will evaluate suppliers, manage projects, and report on opportunities related to AP1000, AP300, eVinci, and other energy systems products.

A hybrid work model applies with 2 days in the office weekly. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years in contract management in project-based environments, with travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments.
• Experience in Power Generation, Nuclear Industries or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Europe.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical capabilities to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Supplier Identification and down selection.
• Lead RFQ package creation (draft SAP requisition with technical and quality requirements).
• Lead Supplier Design Proposal / Compliance Matrix review meetings.
• Create manufacturing and process plan estimates for design option selection or cost/schedule validation.
• Provide periodic project schedule and customer status updates.
