Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Nuclear preferred) or Supply Chain.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in procurement, engineering, or project execution in regulated/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities across assigned scopes from pre-PO through delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage issues to meet schedule and quality.
• Understand and apply ASME and NQA-1 requirements in procurement.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and SPE to support execution.
• Support RFx execution, supplier engagement, and negotiations.
• Assist with cost analysis and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Manage PO lifecycle activities and resolve invoice discrepancies.
