Cognitiva is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to own delivery and coordinate operations across software and AI projects. You will work at the intersection of business development, engineering, client relationships, and project operations to ensure efficient, successful delivery from opportunity to finish.

The role requires a proactive professional who anticipates problems, drives projects forward, and collaborates with leadership, BD, and engineering teams to improve delivery standards

Who We're Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply organizes meetings, updates Jira tickets, or prepares status reports.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for making sure projects and commitments actually move forward.

Someone who notices that an estimate is overdue and gets it completed. Who identifies a potential budget overrun before it happens. Who follows up on unresolved decisions, removes operational blockers, and makes sure everyone knows what needs to be done, by whom, and by when.

You should be comfortable working with engineers, challenging unrealistic timelines, coordinating commercial and technical priorities, and keeping clients informed.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must understand how software projects are built, estimated, delivered, and managed commercially.
