Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Program / Engineering Manager to own a World-class migration and feature parity programme for a major client. You will lead multiple delivery teams, stay hands-on to unblock work, and translate business goals into executable roadmaps across time zones.

You will drive plan governance, risk management, and KPI reporting while ensuring delivery quality and velocity. English fluency is essential for stakeholder engagement and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering software, with multi-team programmes.
• Proven track record in program/engineering management roles.
• Experience leading migrations and feature parity on timelines.
• Hands-on leadership with strategic and day-to-day involvement.
• Strong delivery-predictability and risk management.
• Experience across multiple teams with dependencies across them.
• Solid architectural awareness for migration risk and trade-offs.
• Familiar with Agile delivery and project-management practices.
• Certifications (PMP, PgMP, PSM/CSM) are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the full programme, including client migration and feature parity from planning to release.
• Lead multiple delivery teams and ensure alignment of dependencies and priorities.
• Stay hands-on to unblock teams and drive technical and delivery decisions.
• Own migration planning, cutover sequencing, risk and rollback planning.
• Drive feature parity with no loss of functionality for clients.
• Interface with senior stakeholders, reporting status, risks and forecasts.
• Translate business goals into executable roadmaps and capacity plans.
• Establish and track metrics such as delivery predictability and milestone burn-up.
• Line-manage delivery leads and engineers; evolve ways of working.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and architecture to maintain coherence.
