Job summary

OneOcean in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to own TM Master modules, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-impact features for maritime operations.

You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, drive the product roadmap, and ensure compliance with ISM and class requirements, while focusing on vessel performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and large backlogs.
• Strong maritime domain knowledge, especially PMS and TM Master.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own TM Master backlog and prioritise features.
• Collaborate with ship managers and crews to gather needs.
• Define product roadmap for TM Master modules.
• Ensure compliance with ISM and class requirements.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
