Job summary

OneOcean Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own TM Master modules, bridging stakeholders and engineering to shape the product backlog. You will collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define priorities and deliver features that improve compliance, safety, and vessel performance.

Qualifications include 5+ years in a Product Owner/Manager role within a B2B setting and strong Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of working in Agile/Scrum teams and delivering complex software products at scale.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise large, complex backlogs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the TM Master product backlog with clear prioritisation aligned to business goals.
• Translate product strategy into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality releases.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
• Engage with maritime customers and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and align roadmaps.
