Job summary

Sii is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join a long-term banking project in Poland. You will lead discovery and delivery across the product lifecycle for digital banking solutions serving business and corporate clients, including payments, accounts, cards, loans, and mobile apps.

You will define the product vision and roadmap, manage backlogs, collaborate with UX/UI, analytics, and IT teams, and ensure data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or projects for the financial sector.
• Experience leading a product from discovery to implementation and further development.
• Ability to create strategies, roadmaps, and manage backlogs.
• Familiarity with API integration and enterprise-class systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and delivery processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as managing the backlog.
• Analyzing customer needs, data, and market trends.
• Prioritizing initiatives and monitoring KPIs and the business value of the product.
• Designing customer journeys in collaboration with UX/UI, analytics, and IT teams.
• Coordinating the work of the product team using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating on the integration of digital channels with banking systems and external solutions.
• Managing stakeholders, risks, and project dependencies.
