Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive digital banking solutions for business and corporate clients. You will lead discovery and delivery, define a compelling product vision and roadmap, and collaborate with UX/UI, analytics, and IT teams to deliver payments, accounts, cards, loans, and mobile applications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Product Owner in banking/fintech, strong backlog and KPI skills, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end product lifecycles

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/PO in banking/fintech domains.
• Experience on projects for financial sector institutions or banks.
• Knowledge of business banking areas such as payments, accounts, cards, loans, or mobile apps.
• Proven ability to lead a product from discovery to implementation and ongoing development.
• Ability to craft strategies, roadmaps, and manage backlogs.
• Familiarity with API integration and enterprise-class systems.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI and IT teams in Agile environments.
• Strong KPI definition, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
• Independent, responsible, and highly developed communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; manage the backlog.
• Analyze customer needs, data, and market trends.
• Prioritize initiatives and monitor KPIs and business value.
