Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to craft digital banking products by focusing on user needs and business goals. You will work with business and technology teams to deliver intuitive applications and a cohesive user experience.

Responsibilities include running Design Sprint workshops, conducting usability tests, and validating assumptions with qualitative research. You will also contribute to the Design System and collaborate across UX/UI, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Ability to independently plan work and select methods and design tools.
• Knowledge of research methods and experience in usability testing.
• Experience participating in design workshops (e.g., Design Sprint, Design Thinking).
• Familiarity with a Design System and related tooling.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and focus on user needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing digital products with a user-centered approach.
• Lead design workshops and contribute to Design Sprint sessions.
• Plan and conduct usability tests and qualitative research.
• Validate business assumptions through user insights.
• Develop and extend solutions following the Design System.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Present design recommendations and translate findings into actionable changes.
