Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a long-term banking project in Poland. You will lead discovery and delivery across the product lifecycle, shape the vision, strategy and roadmap, and manage the backlog to deliver digital banking solutions for business clients.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive KPIs, and collaborate on API integrations and digital channels. The role requires clear communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in an Agile

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial sector projects.
• Knowledge in business banking areas (payments, accounts, cards, loans, or mobile apps).
• Experience leading a product from discovery to implementation and further development.
• Ability to create strategies, roadmaps, and manage backlogs.
• Familiarity with API integration and enterprise-class systems.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI and IT teams and working in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to define KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and manage stakeholders.
• Independence, responsibility, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery and delivery processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as managing the backlog.
• Analyzing customer needs, data, and market trends.
• Prioritizing initiatives and monitoring KPIs and the business value of the product.
• Designing customer journeys in collaboration with UX/UI, analytics, and IT teams.
• Coordinating the work of the product team using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating on the integration of digital channels with banking systems and external solutions.
• Managing stakeholders, risks, and project dependencies.
