Job summary

Akamai Technologies GmbH in Kraków is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support GREWP's global operations by managing purchase orders, invoices, and assisting with budget planning processes.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and site managers to ensure timely accruals, accurate vendor data, and consolidated forecasts across locations, helping keep OpEx/CapEx in check and within budget.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operational finance, procurement, or business operations.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration is a nice-to-have.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheets and ERP environments is nice-to-have.
• Ability to handle OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Setting up POs, invoicing, and receiving, and assisting Procurement on operating POs/vendors and Scout requests
• Reviewing, posting, and ensuring monthly accruals of operating expenses are set in place
• Working with Accounting to review lease contracts and approve lease invoices in Tririga
• Building CapEx/OpEx budgets on a vendor level and coordinating with site managers
• Analyzing Ops account data from A360 for G/L level detail
• Ensuring POs and invoices stay within budget on a consolidated account/location level
• Supporting site managers to set up vendors in our system for payment and assisting Master Data Management
• Conducting weekly check-in meetings with stakeholders to resolve outstanding items

This role supports GREWP's Global Operations teams by managing purchase orders, invoices, and assisting with budget planning processes.

This role involves data entry for GREWP's sustainability and global operations information while providing support for global budget tracking.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up POs, invoicing, and receiving, as well as assisting Procurement on operating POs/vendors and Scout requests
• Reviewing, posting, and ensuring monthly accruals of operating expenses are set in place
• Working with Accounting (fixed asset team) to review lease contracts and details, and approving lease invoices in Tririga
• Building CapEx/OpEx budgets on a vendor level and setting up meetings with respective site managers
• Analyzing Ops account analysis from A360's actuals extraction that the Finance team shared for G/L Level detail
• Working with BFM to ensure POs and invoices stay within budget on a consolidated account/location level to match forecast
• Supporting site managers to set up vendors in our system for payment, and assisting the Master Data Management team
• Conducting weekly check-in meetings with stakeholders to make sure there are no outstanding items

• Bring hands-on relevant experience in operational finance, procurement, or business operations (a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a nice-to-have.)
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (experience in Smartsheets and working within ERP environments is nice-to-have)
• Have a proven ability to handle the financial complexities of OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget tracking
