Job summary

Bayer AG in Digital Hub Warsaw is seeking a Senior Product Manager to steer product vision in a fast-paced Pharma R&D environment. You will translate scientific needs into user journeys and drive cross-functional delivery with IT and biology experts.

The role requires a Master’s in Natural Sciences and several years of agile product management, with a preference for Ph.D. and English proficiency; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Natural Sciences is required; Ph.D. is highly desirable.
• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Requirements Engineer in an agile environment.
• Leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset are expected.
• Experience at interfaces between science, engineering and IT is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of agile and lean principles and practical requirements engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product team including IT and R&D experts.
• Translate scientific business needs into user journeys and technical requirements.
• Prioritize problems and limit scope to high-value work.
• Frame engineering work by turning business problems into testable hypotheses.
• Drive design, build and delivery of digital products in Pharma R&D.
