Job summary

Global AI and Digital Product Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own data-intensive retail products. You will work with international clients and collaborate with engineering, data science, AI, UX, and delivery teams across regions.

You will define vision and backlogs, manage roadmaps for personalization, audience segmentation, forecasting, pricing, and promotions, and coordinate product delivery through all cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Experience building data-driven, AI-enabled, or enterprise B2B SaaS products.
• Experience in retail/marketing technology domains and with Agile practices.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI solutions in production.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Defining product direction and translating objectives into a prioritized backlog.
• Managing roadmaps for personalization, audience segmentation, forecasting, pricing, or promotions.
• Coordinating delivery across planning, development, review, and release cycles.
• Identifying AI and analytics applications with Data Science and AI Engineering teams.
• Assessing AI models and predictive outputs from product and business perspectives.
• Leading collaboration among distributed engineering, product, design, and client teams.
• Working with UX to create workflows and conversational AI experiences.
• Advising clients and senior stakeholders to translate challenges into product initiatives.
• Explaining AI capabilities in terms of measurable business value.
• Monitoring adoption, feedback, and AI solution effectiveness.
• Supporting pre-sales with product expertise.
