You will lead a cross‑functional IT/R&D team, translate scientific needs into user journeys, and align IT priorities with business outcomes. English proficiency is essential; German is a plus. This role requires deep domain understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Natural Sciences; PhD desirable.
• Multiple years as Product Manager or Requirements Engineer in agile settings.
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience at interfaces between science, engineering and IT.
• Proficient in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional product team with IT and R&D experts.
• Translate scientific business needs into user journeys and requirements.
• Prioritize problems and define scope with measurable impact.
• Frame engineering work turning problems into testable hypotheses.
• Drive design, build and delivery of digital products in Pharma R&D.
• Share insights with product teams, scientists and stakeholders.
• Define and drive product visions aligned with IT and R&D goals.
• Detect risks and plan mitigation strategies to meet objectives.
