Incogni is building a Payments team to provide essential commercial infrastructure enabling monetization across the customer journey. It covers Checkout start, payment success, subscription lifecycle, billing logic, renewal, and failed payment recovery.

You will own and drive the vision for Payments, collaborating with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics. You will analyze performance, dive into user journeys, and turn Payments into a growth driver by reducing friction and

Join our newly formed Payments team tasked to provide crucial commercial infrastructure that enables reliable monetization across our customer journey.

IF YOU WANT TO:

• Own and drive vision and long-term strategy of an important product area, translating them into a clear roadmap and measurable goals aligned with business objectives;
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics teams;
• Analyze Payments area performance, metrics and results and identify areas for improvement;
• Deep dive into User journeys and their behaviour patterns;
• Turn Payments into a growth driver — removing friction, reducing fraud, and improving conversion;
• Define KPIs and frameworks for checkout conversion, failed payment rate, recovered revenue, success rate and etc.
• Stay up-to-date with competitors, market, and industry trends.

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of shipping successful products at scale;
• Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution;
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using product analytics tools and interpreting data to drive decisions;
• Passion for understanding user needs and building products that solve real problems;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to clearly present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
