Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Consumer Experience in the Product Catalog area.

You will lead a new team, shaping the customer journey by delivering structured, high-integrity product data across Allegro’s verticals. You will collaborate with Engineering and UX Design to define roadmaps, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive prioritization in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
Expertise in collaborating with teams and guiding or following to achieve objectives.
Ability to manage stakeholders up to Executive level and build trust-based relationships.
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster this culture in a team.
Thought partner for Engineering and UX Design to drive prioritization.
Experience with Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear tech roadmaps.
English at least B2 level and Polish at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the tech-platform product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for Product Catalog.
Lead a development team to deliver features with standardized product data and improved naming and imagery.
Engage teams and stakeholders with a compelling product vision and future direction.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
Facilitate cross-team communication to align on Enhanced Category Experience goals.
