Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Consumer Experience in the Product Catalog area.

You will lead a new team, shaping the customer journey by delivering structured, high-integrity product data across Allegro’s verticals. You will collaborate with Engineering and UX Design to define roadmaps, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive prioritization in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
• Expertise in collaborating with teams and guiding or following to achieve objectives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders up to Executive level and build trust-based relationships.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster this culture in a team.
• Thought partner for Engineering and UX Design to drive prioritization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear tech roadmaps.
• English at least B2 level and Polish at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the tech-platform product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for Product Catalog.
• Lead a development team to deliver features with standardized product data and improved naming and imagery.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

• Developing and executing thetech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
• Leading a development team to deliver features that introducestandardized product data, improving naming consistency and imagery.
• Engaging team members and stakeholders with acompelling product vision, ensuring they understand their impact and future direction.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Facilitating communication across different teams to ensure everyone is aligned on theEnhanced Category Experiencegoals.
