Job summary

Hack The Box is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Athens with a focus on data-centric features and enterprise customers. You will own discovery and delivery, drive an outcomes-based roadmap, and partner with Analytics, Engineering, and Design to deliver measurable value to customers.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, translate complex data into clear product direction, and influence stakeholders. Hybrid role with relocation support and market-competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS product (enterprise focus).
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable features and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders; data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and delivery of data-centric features with high adoption.
• Define and execute an outcomes-driven roadmap backed by KPIs.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering to translate raw data into vision.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Design, then align with Marketing, Sales and CS.
