Job summary

InPost is seeking an experienced Product Owner (mid/senior) for the InPost Pay team to lead fast checkout solutions. You will own the product vision, drive end-to-end initiatives, and collaborate with Tech, UI/UX, Data and Marketing to optimize e‑commerce checkout flows and BNPL usage.

You will shape the product roadmap, mentor colleagues, and analyze market trends to spot new opportunities. This is a hybrid/remote role in a market leader environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as Product Owner/Manager in e‑commerce/fintech.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling checkout products and BNPL solutions.
• Strong e‑commerce expertise including customer journey and payment flows.
• Autonomy to make independent decisions and lead end‑to‑end projects.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories with edge cases.
• Experience with B2B2C products at enterprise scale.
• Strong analytics to drive decisions (A/B testing, data, user research).
• Experience launching products to market, ideally in e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English and Polish; Agile/Scrum experience; Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks for Tech and teams.
• Contribute to defining and executing the product vision within InPost Pay.
• Lead product initiatives from concept to launch with Tech, UI/UX, Data, and Marketing.
• Apply domain knowledge of e‑commerce, checkout flows, and BNPL to optimize UX.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor market trends, BNPL solutions, and payments to identify opportunities.
• Mentor team members and manage backlog aligned with ROI.
