Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Warsaw seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the Brand Store vision and drive the self-service platform that enables top brands to create distinctive storefronts across the marketplace.

You will lead end-to-end strategy, collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and data analysts, and own the customer journey across Brand Store formats with a focus on visual excellence and business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, content platforms, or self-service tools.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong eye for visual design and UX.
• Product-builder mindset, comfortable with rapid prototyping and using modern AI tools to test hypotheses and accelerate delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and navigate organizational dependencies.
• Outcome-driven, comfortable owning ambitious business goals and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Professional working proficiency in English (at least B2+ level).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Allegro’s Brand Stores and self-service creation tools.
• Lead the rollout of a scalable self-service platform that enables brand partners to easily build and manage rich storefronts.
• Expand and distribute modular brand components across key touchpoints, including the homepage or category pages.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, UX designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
• Champion visual excellence and intuitive UX across Brand Store formats, integrating modern media (video, rich showcases, brand drops).
• Drive cross-functional alignment and strategic negotiations across diverse teams and domains.
• Own product performance, track key metrics, and run data-driven experiments to maximize business impact.
