Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of our unified partner platform solutions for sellers.

You will own the product roadmap, drive integration of core extensions (accounting, inventory, price management), and develop scalable monetization models in collaboration with sellers and technology partners. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and fluency in English (B2) and Polish (C1).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, SaaS, or API platforms.
• Analytical mindset with benchmarking & value-mapping for customer segments.
• Experience using AI to improve personal productivity in discovery, development & delivery.
• Passion for transforming standard platforms into proactive, intelligent ecosystems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the high-level Product Roadmap, define scope & budgets, secure stakeholder approvals.
• Build a unified, scalable partner ecosystem, integrating core extensions to elevate merchant experience.
• Enhance operational efficiency and create embedded interfaces for a seamless native user journey.
• Design commercial monetization models for partner platforms.
• Benchmark competitor platforms to map market standards & feature expectations.
• Map value propositions for seller stages and identify key user needs the platform must address.
• Establish high-quality API standards for reliable integrations & tailored support.
