As a Senior Product Manager – Biometrics Readers this role will focus on end-to-end management of the Biometric solutions within the HID Physical Access Control Solution (PACS)portfolio. The role is an inter-disciplinary position that bridges the product with development, operational, and support teams to provide best-in-class products and customer experience.
To be successful in the role, the candidate must have experience (minimum 7 years) in product management with an emphasis on biometrics, electro-mechanical, embedded firmware, API, and customer-facing software systems, within the physical access control industry.
You will be expected to take lead and drive initiatives to maintain, support, and ensure the success of the Biometric solutions portfolio. You will work in a global team with Business/Epic owners, Product Owners, Engineers and Operations professionals.
