Job summary

SplitMetrics is seeking an AI Product Manager to own and evolve an AI-powered product suite that helps customers optimize advertising performance. You will lead at the intersection of AI, data, and real customer workflows, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive product direction and growth.

You will orchestrate discovery and rapid iterations using customer interviews, beta programs, and analytics, leveraging SQL, Amplitude, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Technical fluency with engineers on architecture, data flows and logic.
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Strong analytical skills with product data and analytics tools.
• Ability to understand customer workflows and integrate products into them.
• Experience with AI-powered or ML-driven products; non-deterministic systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for AI experiences, including Agentic AI.
• Drive rapid iterations based on customer feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
• Lead product discovery via interviews, beta programs, and data analytics.
• Align product direction with business goals with Customer Success, Marketing, and execs.
• Monitor AI/LLM trends and translate into opportunities.

• We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own and evolve our AI-powered product that helps customers scale and optimize their advertising performance
• A high-impact, high-ownership role at the intersection of AI, data, and real customer workflows, with strong influence on product direction
• We’re heavily investing in AI and building products powered by LLMs and machine learning — this role leads the charge on innovation
• You’ll collaborate with strong, self-driven engineering teams that value product leadership

• Exposure to high-profile global clients and the opportunity to build strategic, long-term partnerships
• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for our AI experiences, including Agentic AI, driving app growth
• Drive rapid iterations based on customer feedback and product data
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI capabilities
• Improve how the AI product experience and agentic AI works — from expanding accessible datasets to refining response quality and user workflows
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, beta programs, and analytics (SQL, Amplitude, BI tools)
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders to align product direction with business goals
• Continuously monitor AI/LLM trends and translate them into product opportunities
