We’re looking for anAI Product Manager tobring the product and user lens toour delivery teams across engagements. Working shoulder toshoulder with our delivery managers, you figure out what aclient actually needs, run discovery, and shape what’s worth building and why — usually across several projects atonce. Onthe engagements where the product question ismake-or-break, you godeeper and own the product direction end toend. You own the “what and why”; the delivery manager owns the “how” — two halves ofthe same job.
deepsense.ai isa120-person AI/ML consultancy with Anthropic and OpenAI partner credentials. For over adecade we’ve delivered applied AI projects for companies like J&J, Sky, John Deere, and GLS — spanning LLM applications, agents, MLOps, and data science. We’re apeople-first organization that believes indeep technical craft and real ownership.
You work alongside our delivery managers astheir product and discovery counterpart onshared engagements. Most of the time that’s advisory: you dip into several projects, run client discovery, shape the direction, and keep the work pointed atreal user value while the delivery manager runs delivery. Onengagements where product direction ismake-or-break — and especially where the client doesn’t bring their own product lead — you godeep and take ownership ofthe product: the priorities, the backlog, the what-next.
Either way, you own the product question — what webuild and why. The delivery manager owns the rest (the plan, the client relationship, the team). You’re the one making sure webuild the right thing — and you also help level upour own product muscle onthe initiatives webuild for ourselves.
Most product roles tie you toone product inone company. Here you bring product thinking toaportfolio ofAI engagements — shaping what gets built across clients and industries, going deep where itmatters, and doing itwith engineers who ship toproduction, not slideware. Ifyou want the breadth ofconsulting and the depth ofreal product ownership inthe same role, this gives you both.
