Salve.Lab is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (AI & Growth) to join its R&D team in a fast-growing international AI technology environment. You will own product initiatives from ideation to prototyping, experimentation, development and delivery, driving measurable business impact.

The role requires hands-on AI tooling, technical independence and close collaboration with designers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Senior-level professional experience in product management or closely related discipline.
• Proven track record of independently building, launching and improving digital products or prototypes.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
• Practical ability to leverage AI tools for coding, prototyping and data analysis.
• Experience shipping products using AI-native development workflows is highly preferred.
• Strong analytics, experimentation and data-driven decision making.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (AI & Growth) to join the R&D team of a fast-growing international AI technology company.This is a highly hands-on position at the intersection of product management, artificial intelligence, data and engineering. You will take ownership of product initiatives from initial concept through prototyping, experimentation, development and delivery, with a strong emphasis on measurable business impact. Working directly with the Co-found & CTO, designers and engineers, you will drive rapid experimentation, build functional prototypes using AI-powered development tools and translate product insights into tangible improvements. Unlike traditional product management positions, this role requires technical autonomy and a willingness to actively contribute to building and shipping product features rather than focusing exclusively on strategy, documentation and coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, data-driven decision-making and practical experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rapid product experimentation, including A/B testing, growth initiatives and new feature development.
• Take ownership of product initiatives from initial concept through prototyping, implementation, launch and performance evaluation.
• Build, prototype and deliver functional product improvements using modern AI-powered development tools.
• Use AI coding assistants to write code, develop prototypes, analyse data and contribute directly to pull requests.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers and engineering teams while maintaining a high level of technical independence.
• Translate product metrics, user behaviour and business objectives into actionable product decisions.
• Define clear success metrics and performance indicators for new features and experiments.
• Analyse experiment results, evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive iterative product development based on quantitative insights, user feedback and commercial priorities.
• Independently manage ambiguous product challenges and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve user engagement, conversion, retention and overall product growth.
• Work directly with the Co-found & CTO to align product development priorities with strategic objectives.
• Proactively resolve product and technical challenges to maintain delivery momentum.
• Explore, evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and development methodologies.
• Contribute to an AI-first product development environment focused on speed, experimentation and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain strong ownership and accountability throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in product management or a closely related product development discipline.
• Proven track record of independently building, launching and improving functional digital products, features or prototypes.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or comparable solutions.
• Practical ability to leverage AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis and contributing to software development through pull requests.
• Demonstrable professional experience building and shipping products using AI-native development workflows is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation and data-driven decision‑making.
• Experience defining success metrics, analysing A/B test results and translating insights into product improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and software engineers, particularly on web-based products.
• Strong technical autonomy and willingness to contribute directly to product development and implementation.
• Experience managing product initiatives from ideation through development, deployment and measurable business impact.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise effectively and make independent decisions in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently within a fully remote, international team.
• Experience in fast-growing B2C technology, consumer applications, entertainment or gaming companies is an advantage.
• Previous experience working on consumer‑facing digital products is an advantage.
• Strong design understanding and ability to contribute to user experience decisions is an advantage.
• A background in software development or product design, followed by a transition into product management, is welcome.
