Job summary

Meniga is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a core B2B product area from Warsaw. This 1.5-year B2B contract positions you to drive discovery, development, and iteration in collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and bank clients.

You will spend time with bank stakeholders to validate problems, shape a data-driven roadmap, and apply AI-enabled features while navigating a regulated fintech environment. Fluency in English is required; hybrid working in Warsaw is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with clear ownership of digital product outcomes.
• Strong track record of working directly with customers to shape product decisions.
• Solid understanding of modern AI product patterns, including LLM-based experiences and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the roadmap for a core product area serving large banks.
• Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration with cross-functional teams.
• Engage directly with bank stakeholders and, where possible, end users to validate problems and solutions.
• Drive analytics, customer feedback, and model evaluation to inform decisions, including AI features.
• Collaborate on design, selection, and integration of LLM-based capabilities and agentic workflows.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and delivery on positioning and go-to-market strategies.
