Job summary

KUBO is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the product strategy for a global B2B SaaS/marketing tech platform. You will guide discovery, validate ideas, and use AI-driven insights to shape features that matter to customers in real time.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll prototype with Claude, Figma and no-code tools, collaborate with Engineering and Design, define success metrics, and drive adoption while ensuring quality and trust in AI-powered capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketing technology or analytics.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and customer-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, writing and prototyping.
• Experience with Product Discovery, customer feedback and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop product strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead product discovery, identify opportunities and validate ideas.
• Use AI tools to analyze customer feedback, product data and market insights.
• Build prototypes using AI tools such as Claude, Figma and no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Define success metrics and measure product outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered and agentic features.
• Make decisions regarding priorities, scope and product direction.
• Drive product adoption and continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI-powered features meet quality, trust and reliability standards.
