Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Product Manager, Agentic Platform, to own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness. You will work with AI-powered product teams to understand needs, prioritize investments, and ensure the harness enables rapid, safe, scalable agent development.

You will partner with engineering, applied science, and platform teams to drive adoption, shape platform direction, and influence adjacent capabilities key to agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally for platform or infra products.
• Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production.
• Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and guiding architecture.
• Strong analytics using telemetry, experiments, and data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for the agent harness and reference agent.
• Translate stakeholder needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with AI product teams to prioritize platform investments.
• Define metrics for platform adoption and agent quality.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, science, and product.
