Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer, the AI-powered core turning raw market data into decision-ready recommendations for the business.

You will lead a suite of autonomous AI agents, collaborate with Insights & Analytics to define the product roadmap, drive adoption across global teams, and ensure performance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading AI/data projects, preferably in consumer packaged goods or similar.
Ability to translate business questions into AI workflows and agent capabilities.
Proven track record delivering AI-powered product outcomes with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer end-to-end, including vision and backlog.
Translate business questions into agent capabilities with Insights & Analytics teams.
Collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders to gather requirements and scope AI reporting.
Define and maintain the product roadmap and documentation, including user stories and data needs.
Champion adoption of agentic AI, drive change management and training across teams.
Maintain fluency in AI stack and data pipelines to guide architecture decisions with engineering.
Set and iterate success metrics for insight quality, latency and trust.
Manage budget, cadence and vendor relationships, ensuring security and Responsible-AI standards.
