Job summary

Alloy Enterprises is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of an agile Agentic AI Platform that plans, reasons, and executes complex workflows end-to-end. You will architect production-grade agent-based solutions, mentor teammates, and set technical direction for GenAI initiatives across the organization.

The role requires hands-on ML and data science experience with LLM-based applications, strong Python, and expertise in multi-agent orchestration, memory, and tool-use

Qualifications

• Experience building LLM/GenAI applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph frameworks.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for LLM apps.
• Expert-level Python including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS, pgvector).
• Strong SQL skills for large-scale data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize multi-agent systems and orchestration.
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines with doc ingestion and vector search.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs and pattern connectors.
• Build LLM evaluation frameworks and track model performance.
• Implement guardrails, safety, and governance for agents.
• Own MLOps/LLMOps, experiment tracking, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data quality and governance.
• Translate business problems into agentic AI solutions and present results.
