Job summary

AirHelp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the premium subscription experience. You will define problems, partner with product and engineering, and test solutions to improve engagement and monetization across bundles, pricing, and upsell opportunities.

You will prototype early with AI tools like Figma and Claude, translating validated ideas into scalable, production-ready designs while collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing B2C subscription products.
• Proven ability to ship pricing, packaging, and upsell flows.
• Strong mobile UX design experience from first interaction to long-term engagement.
• Experience with design systems and scaling quality.

Responsibilities

• Own AirHelp subscription product design end-to-end, from problem definition through shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Operate with a hypothesis-driven mindset. Frame problems clearly, align quickly, and move fast into testing and learning.
• Prototype early using AI tools (Figma, Claude), building real flows instead of static mocks.
• Validate through real usage. Talk to users, run quick tests, and use data to adjust direction.
• Translate validated ideas into production-ready design with strong clarity and system alignment.
• Balance speed and craft, refining in Figma to deliver polished, scalable solutions.
• Own day-to-day improvements and larger strategic initiatives based on business needs.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities and leading initiatives from concept to execution.
• Raise the bar for design through systems thinking, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
