Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking Senior UX Designers for the Consumer UX team to shape the next generation of experiences across our portfolio, including Good Chop and the central Consumer UX team. You will partner with Product and Engineering in a cross-functional squad, driving design strategy from discovery to production without people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

6+ years of product design experience, delivering consumer products end-to-end.
Deep understanding of consumer-facing products and drivers across the customer lifecycle.
Ability to define problem spaces and contribute to roadmap strategies with evidence.
Exceptional visual and interaction design with emphasis on hierarchy and motion.
Proactive advocate for optimal design solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, and translate findings into design direction.
Active use of AI tools (Figma AI, Claude) in design workflows for synthesis and prototyping.
Clear presentation and data-driven defense of design decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead design from concept to shipped product across touchpoints.
Frame problem spaces and bring insights into squad planning to surface opportunities.
Maintain high standards in UI, interaction, motion, and UX writing.
Apply AI across the design lifecycle to speed up execution and precision.
